Ledger API access token

Mint a short-lived bearer token issued by Auth0 to authorize calls against the ledger service.

1. Mint a token
   Get token
2. Copy it
   Copy
3. Authorize in Swagger UI

   Click Authorize, then paste the token — without the word Bearer, Swagger adds it.
